Dwight Bailey
Dwight Bailey is the founder and President of FSL. He has 20 years of military service in the U.S. Army and 18 years in the financial services industry. During the last 40 years, he has held numerous leadership roles centered on coaching and training those he served.
Dwight held platoon- and company-level positions during his military service, which required extensive coaching, training, and counseling competencies. While in the financial industry, he led various teams and managed projects and programs at the enterprise level, which also required leadership coaching and training at all levels served.
Dwight also has experience in group and individual coaching and online and in-person facilitation of various leadership topics. He is an expert in the field, from developing leadership competencies to tackling more in-depth neuroscience concepts that facilitate culture and personal change.

Education and Background
Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Administration from Barry University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University. He is a certified leadership and executive coach through the Leadership Circle and Conversational Intelligence Coaching.
He has served on the Boards of Directors for the Central Florida Urban League, United Negro College Fund of Central Florida, and 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando. He now serves on the Board of Directors for COMPACT Mentoring in Central Florida.
Dwight lives with his wife, Maria, in Saint Cloud, FL.

Other Engagements
Outside his practice, Dwight enjoys doing evangelistic work with Church of Christ Ministries in Central Florida and engaging in outdoor activities. He also serves the community, focusing on homelessness and hunger.
Lee Crocker
Lee Crocker is a managing partner and practicing servant leader with 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, 20 years of not-for-profit board experience, and over 15 years of coaching experience.
He has led athletic teams, work teams, project teams, departments, and entire divisions. His experience includes working with collocated, remote, and geographically dispersed teams domestically and internationally

Education and Background
Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. He has also completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Emory University.
Lee has extensive executive leadership experience and has advised C-suite leaders, including CEOs, COOs, and CIOs. He has led organizations with thousands of team members serving millions of clients. He has led transformational programs involving organizational models, technology, culture change, and innovation. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Trinity Community Ministries.

Lee’s areas of interest include servant leadership, female leadership, culture, inclusion, coaching, and integrated life skills.
